I am going to pinch this quote as my vision statement.

This blog will be me sharing my thoughts and ramblings with you about just about everything and anything.

My observations about life, about love, about disabled parking….

I often rant, but I also love to write about the things that make me laugh and cry. I am quirky and quarrelsome, often controversial but hopefully I aim to be kind.

My friends are aware that I am fiercely socialist, pro EU, anti-hunting, anti-Trump, a non meat-eater but I promise my blogs will not be all about the things that make me cross and unhappy – it won’t be all ‘political, pc and knitted yoghurt’ (as my detractors might undoubtedly expect)

The plan is to serve a veritable smorgasbord of subjects; you can look forward to musings about glam rock, friends, family, Stevie Wonder, Coronation Street, heroes, villains and West Ham United. Expect The Beatles, boyfriends and badgers to feature prominently in the weeks to come…
